Public Notification of Nondiscrimination 

1.     North Summit School District/North Summit High School offers Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs in:

a.     Agriculture

b.     Business and Marketing

c.     Commercial Art

d.     Education and Training

e.     Family and Consumer Science

f.      Health Science

g.     Welding

h.     Work Based Learning

i.      College and Career Awareness 

2.     Admission to these programs is based open to all students at North Summit High School.

3.     It is the policy of North Summit School District not to discriminate based on race, color, national origin, sex, or disabilities in its CTE programs, services, or activities as required by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; and Section of 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
